When you bundle this with BCX Voice4Teams it gives users the ability to dial out to any other destination by breaking out via the traditional phone network.
What it does?
The solution brings direct routing which allows Microsoft Teams to connect to the PSTN (traditional phone network) to be used as a fully-fledged business phone system (like a Hosted PBX). This means being able to take advantage of cheaper call rates, more features, flexibility and better support.
