In order to fulfil it’s legal obligations, FastNet is required to hold both ECS (Electronic Communications Services) and ECNS (Electronic Communications Network Services) licences from ICASA.
Under the rules of these licences, any consumer of FastNet services has the right to complain to ICASA if they feel that we have breached to terms of our license.
