What happens at the end of term?
You can either return the equipment in good working order (subject to normal wear and tear) or enter into a secondary rental for a period of your choosing at a negotiated monthly rental.


What happens if I am a day late in giving notice at end of term?
Business Connexion only requires 30 days written notice at end of term, therefore any unnecessary rental are minimised.


What if I want to do a refresh during the term of the contract?
You can either enter into a new contract for the new equipment only or amortise the new equipment over the remaining term of the existing contract.


Can I fix the monthly rental being charged?
Yes.


What if I want to cancel the contract part way through the term?
You will be responsible for settling the outstanding amounts for the remainder of the term but with no onerous charges.
