An automitve manufacturer that Business Connexion supports with regards to their ICT infrastructure offers a value-add service to their clients. The requirement is that call center agents have the ability locate support vehicles, tow trucks and emergency operators, based on the location of a customer’s vehicle, all through one- unified interface in their browser.

Solution
PSAD Developed the Automotive Dealer Sales Assistant as an x composite app , which is a browser application developed in NetWeaver utilizing web services that integrates the SAP CRM and ESRI ArcGIS Server.
